I just bought this truck from Wednesday by Samantha and her boss team at Capitol Ford San Jose. It was a really hard for me to approve for credit when I tried to buy truck. They helped me that with hard work and I really appreciate that what we do guys! I would recommend for you guys buy car and truck over here. They also have good price than other dealer.

My wife and I’s experience purchasing a new 2023 Ford Bronco Sport from Capitol Ford last week was phenomenal! I’ve never enjoyed the hard sales pitch game like I’ve gone through in the past when shopping for a vehicle - this was not the case when dealing with Cruz. Cruz was genuine in his interactions with us, and we were very comfortable talking with him about what we were looking for. He didn’t hesitate to show us any vehicle we were interested in and freely gave us the keys to take a couple of test drives. He even went for a drive with us to check if the vehicle would fit in our garage!

We just purchased a 2023 F150 Lightning Lariat from Patrick Lawson @ Capital Ford. Patrick was very helpful by keeping us informed of the vehicles available and negotiated our trade-in by text messaging, even before we visited the showroom. We were most impressed, when we witnessed Patrick skillfully and thoughtfully helping an elderly customer, who had purchased a car the day before from another salesperson. He needed some technical assistance setting up his radio and reviewing some of the new car features. Patrick enthusiastically stepped right up to help him, while we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed. I purchased a new 2023 Ford Bronco "Big Bend" from salesman Howard Robertson and Joseph, sales manager. Howard was very attentive, professional, and intently listened to my needs. After the sale, Howard spent all the time that I needed to review hands-on the vehicle's features and safety mechanisms. Capitol Ford made me feel like a valued customer and I would purchase from them again in the future as well as feel comfortable referring them business.

About 11 months ago, I purchased a new vehicle from Andrew at Capitol Ford. He was such a pleasure to work with, I made sure to work again with him yesterday when I purchased a new '23 Mustang Mach E. Also, a shout out to Eldin, Zaki, and Mike in the Service Department.....they have all been very helpful during my visits.

I bought a 2019 F250 at Capitol Ford from Josh Schmidt (easy going guy, great transaction) and finance manager Jorge Velazquez (again, easy going, great transaction). Overall minimal pressure, straightforward and test driving and purchasing experience. It was a much better test driving experience than other dealers I visited and talked to. I've brought the car in for a number of service appointments and been treated well (today's appointment was handled by Marco Orozco (again, easy going, great transaction). Thanks for the great purchasing and servicing experiences Capitol Ford!

We purchased a used 2017 Ford Focus there 6/19/2022, exactly 5 months later on 11/19/22 one of the tires on the car blew up (not just a flat, see photos). Customer service were rude and claimed zero responsibility. The service center replaced the tires on our dime (they did give a discount) and said the old tires were at least 4-5 years old at the time the car was sold to us. That was the last time we purchase at DGDG. We have had decades of the best service at Frontier Ford, not sure why we switched this one time.
